Greenway’s October Event Sells Out, Donors Break Record for Foundation and Cause!

In 2008, the Lead the Way Foundation’s exceptional growth profile began. As of Monday’s 11th Annual “Celebrity Waiters’ Night” at Minneapolis’ famous Manny’s Steakhouse, it has yet to slow. Thirteen years and 8.3 million children and their family members later, Chad Greenway and his wife Jenni’s unwavering commitment to give back to their community holds momentum and meaning beyond dollars or drive. 
 













Even in the shadow of Covid19, this year’s event drew a sold-out crowd of nearly 200 people from across the country to Manny’s for dinner, drinks, both live and silent auctions, and a shared passion for social impact that was palpable to all in attendance.















Monday’s event raised a record-breaking near $350,000 for the Greenway Foundation’sMission – To lighten the burden of Twin Cities families caring for chronicallyand critically ill children and their families. And, according to Greenway himself, “Our families tell us of their ever-increasing challenges – and the resources that have evaporated. I can’t overstate how awestruck I am by the generosity of our donors. They came through when the need is greatest; when a dollar’s impact goes further than ever before. I am humbled. Jenni and I couldn’t be more grateful."
